We want your dental visits to be as pleasant and stress-free as possible. That means offering everything we can to make you comfortable - from pain free needles to a library of movies and music. And it also means making sure that communication is open so that you will have the knowledge and desire to be a co-caretaker of your mouth.

Our focus is on adult cosmetic and restorative dentistry. With today's most advanced materials, almost anything is possible in creating a state-of-the-art, beautiful smile. We are also committed to making sure that the underlying structures stay stable and healthy; dentistry that not only looks great but lasts a long time.

When you walk into our office, you are greeted by our friendly and knowledgeable dental team who are always available to answer any questions or personal concerns you may have. From pain free needles and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to a library of movies and music to entertain you during your treatment, we will put you at ease throughout your visit.

We believe one of the most valuable services we can provide for our patients is the complete examination, co-diagnosis and development of a treatment plan that will meet your needs and wishes.

Both Drs. Jerry Jesin and Rob Eisen began practicing dentistry in 1985. Dr. Jesin graduated from the University of Toronto and Dr. Eisen from the University of Western Ontario. They both grew up in North York, not far from where the office is located. Continuing education has always been a priority; they are both active members of several dental study groups and professional associations. In 1995, they each completed a post-graduate program in Cosmetic Dentistry at the University of Buffalo. They are currently enrolled at the Pankey Institute, a renowned post-graduate dental training facility. Another priority is serving the community. Drs. Jesin and Eisen and many members of their staff have been involved in creating a Dental Clinic for street kids.

Our greatest asset is our team. We enjoy getting to know all of our patients - and hope that you get to know some of us more than just anonymous professionals in white coats.

We pride ourselves on being available for our patients when we are needed, so don't hesitate to call if you have any emergencies, problems or questions.

YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

At your initial appointment, we will spend some time getting to know each other, and getting to know your mouth. Our goal is for you to come away from the appointment with a better understanding of the conditions that exist in your mouth, and with a feel for the philosophy of dentistry that is practiced in our office.

We will do a thorough examination of the teeth, gums, soft tissue, and the muscles and joints that must function together harmoniously to assure long term oral health. If you are interested in improving your smile, we will also do a complete smile analysis. Any necessary records will be taken; these might include photos, x-rays and diagnostic models. If you have had x-rays taken within the last year, please bring them with you or have them forwarded to us so that we do not take any unnecessary films.

TREATMENT PLAN

Depending on the complexity of your situation, we might discuss treatment options at your first appointment, or schedule a consultation after we have had time to review your case. It is extremely important to us that you make an informed decision about your dental treatment.

Many patients are used to having their teeth cleaned on their first visit to a new office. For reasons that we hope have been explained well above, we do not start any treatment until we have agreed on a treatment plan. If you have a special reason for needing your teeth cleaned right away (weddings, etc.), please let us know and we will make sure to get your smile polished up in time!
